![]() Working their way slowly across a few star systems, eventually they encounter the Big Bads, who lurk in a massive dreadnought ship. Once they've neutralized the invaders on one planet, maybe some moons, they jump to other nearby systems, recruit/ salvage ships from there to their makeshift fleet, and do the same thing on other planets. From there, they'll plan and stage attacks against the alien orbit patrols, working their way back down planetside to liberate human colonies and facilities. The PCs will be pilots on some out-of-the-way rim planet who start by fighting their way into an alien-held starship production facility, where they steal their combat ships and dogfight their way off-planet to rendezvous with the remnants of a small military armada hiding in space. The humans are scattered in small holdouts around the known systems, and have to re-establish communications, re-open supply lines, and share resources so they can band together for a unified counter-attack. Big-ass alien menace has invaded the human area of space, and while the attackers have been halted, they're not defeated. I actually like how it can model the Destiny Xbox game, so my campaign will be inspired by that. ![]() But it's definitely next on my sci-fi list. However, we're in the middle of a Coriolis sci-fi campaign, which we're really diggin', so this will have to wait. Man, I can't wait to run this game! I picked it up on a whim, and I love the core book.
